  4. Work Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Job Description

  1. Supervise and manage the packing operations of pharmaceutical products (injectable, liquid, dry powder, lyophilized).
  2. Ensure accurate labeling, batch coding, and documentation in compliance with SOPs and GMP standards.
  3. Monitor packing line efficiency, production targets, and quality of packed products.
  4. Coordinate with Quality Assurance for approvals and batch release.
  5. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the packing area.
  6. Train, guide, and monitor packing staff to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Inspect packaging materials and equipment for compliance and functionality.
  8. Identify process gaps or deviations and implement corrective actions.
