Description

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to finalize candidates. Ensure a strong talent pipeline is maintained.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation, orientation, and training are conducted effectively to integrate new hires into the company.
  • Employee Relations & Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Resolve workplace conflicts and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring that employee goals, feedback, and development plans are tracked and implemented.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Plan and execute employee events, recognition programs, and surveys.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, collaborate with department heads to implement skill-building programs, and help design career development paths for employees.
