<ul><li>Conduct pre-formulation and compatibility studies of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients.</li><li>Design and execute lab trials, develop prototypes, and conduct formulation optimization.</li><li>Develop and scale up solid oral, liquid, topical, or injectable formulations (based on company portfolio).</li><li>Prepare and review batch manufacturing records (BMRs), batch packaging records (BPRs), and related documentation.</li><li>Work closely with the analytical development team for stability studies, dissolution profiling, and method development.</li><li>Perform technology transfer to pilot or commercial scale manufacturing.</li><li>Troubleshoot formulation or process-related issues during scaling or validation batches.</li></ul>
