Description

Lead and manage the formulation and development of new pharmaceutical products, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory standards.
Conduct pre-formulation studies, including compatibility and stability testing, to optimize product formulations.
Develop and scale up laboratory formulations for commercial production while maintaining product stability and efficacy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and production, to ensure successful product development.
Perform formulation troubleshooting and provide solutions for formulation-related challenges.
Prepare technical documents, including formulation protocols, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Stay updated on industry trends, novel excipients, and formulation technologies to apply innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (FDA, ICH, GMP) during the formulation development process.
Lead the preparation and execution of stability studies for formulation development.
Mentor and train junior team members in formulation development techniques and industry best practices.
