<ul><li>Counsel patients and families on hospital charges, treatment costs, and insurance coverage.</li><li>Coordinate with the TPA and insurance departments for pre-authorization and claim settlements.</li><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates and explain billing procedures to patients.</li><li>Ensure timely collection of payments, deposits, and co-payments as per hospital policy.</li><li>Maintain and update patient billing information and financial records in the system.</li><li>Resolve patient queries and concerns related to bills, refunds, or claim rejections.</li><li>Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth financial clearance.</li><li>Review and monitor pending payments and follow up for timely closures.</li><li>Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.</li></ul>
