4. Coordinate with QC, QA, and production teams for technology transfer and process validation.
5. Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements during R&D activities.
6. Analyze stability, solubility, and other critical parameters of formulations.
7. Troubleshoot formulation or production issues and suggest improvements.
