Job Description

  1. Generate accurate OPD bills for consultations, investigations, and procedures.
  2. Collect payments and issue receipts (cash/card/UPI).
  3. Post charges correctly in the HIS system.
  4. Handle billing queries and resolve discrepancies.
  5. Prepare daily cash collection and handover reports.
  6. Coordinate with diagnostics, pharmacy, and OPD services.
  7. Ensure billing compliance with hospital policies and NABH standards.
  8. Maintain billing records and documentation.
  9. Support audits and internal reviews.
