Description

Oversee the day-to-day operations of injectable manufacturing processes, including the setup, operation, and monitoring of production equipment.
Ensure that production schedules are met and that products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with other departments, such as Quality Control and Engineering, to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of the manufacturing process and final products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Assist in investigations of deviations or non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
