2. Verify services, procedures, and insurance details before billing.
3. Process cash, credit, and insurance / TPA transactions.
4. Coordinate with AR and accounts team for billing and payment follow-up.
5. Maintain billing records, reports, and daily MIS.
6. Resolve patient billing queries and assist in final settlement at discharge.
7. Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.
8. Support senior billing staff in denial management and claim corrections (Sr. Executive).
9. Collaborate with front office, nursing, and clinical teams for smooth billing workflow.
10. Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
