<ol><li data-list="bullet">Prepare the CTVS operation theatre for cardiac and thoracic surgeries.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ensure availability and sterility of surgical instruments and consumables.</li><li data-list="bullet">Assist surgeons during open-heart, vascular, and thoracic procedures.</li><li data-list="bullet">Perform roles of scrub nurse and circulating nurse as required.</li><li data-list="bullet">Manage cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) related OT requirements in coordination with the team.</li><li data-list="bullet">Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control standards.</li><li data-list="bullet">Monitor patient safety, positioning, and surgical counts during procedures.</li><li data-list="bullet">Supervise and mentor junior OT nurses and technicians.</li><li data-list="bullet">Maintain OT records, checklists, and equipment maintenance logs.</li></ol>
