5. Collaborate with nephrology, oncology, radiology, and anesthesia teams.
6. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety, and infection control standards.
7. Mentor junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff in urology practices.
8. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and accreditation activities.
