  4. Plan pre-operative evaluations and develop individualized treatment strategies.
  5. Oversee post-operative care, monitor recovery, and manage complications.
  6. Collaborate with nephrology, oncology, and critical care teams for comprehensive patient management.
  7. Mentor and supervise associate consultants, residents, and OT staff.
