Job Description

1. Lead the surgical management of patients with solid tumors, including breast, gastrointestinal, head & neck, and thoracic cancers.
2. Perform complex oncologic surgeries with curative and palliative intent, including minimally invasive procedures.
3. Supervise and mentor junior surgeons, residents, and allied health staff in surgical oncology.
4. Manage preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care, including ICU and follow-up management.
5. Collaborate with medical oncology, radiation oncology, radiology, and pathology teams for multidisciplinary cancer care.
6. Interpret diagnostic imaging, biopsy reports, and tumor markers to guide surgical planning.
7. Ensure adherence to surgical protocols, patient safety, and ethical oncologic practice standards.
8. Participate in clinical audits, research, teaching, and continuous professional development.
