Job Description
- Evaluate, diagnose, and surgically manage patients with various solid malignancies.
- Perform complex oncological surgeries following evidence-based clinical protocols.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards with medical and radiation oncologists.
- Develop individualized surgical treatment plans and perioperative care pathways.
- Ensure high standards of patient safety, surgical outcomes, and infection control.
- Supervise and mentor junior surgeons, residents, and OT staff.
- Manage preoperative assessment, postoperative care, and long-term oncological follow-up.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with NABH and ethical standards.
