  4. Provide comprehensive post-operative care and manage surgical complications.
  5. Handle spine-related emergencies and trauma cases as per clinical protocols.
  6. Collaborate with neurology, orthopedics, anesthesia, ICU, and rehabilitation teams.
  7. Ensure adherence to patient safety, infection control, and quality standards.
  8. Mentor junior surgeons, residents, and OT staff in spine surgery techniques.
