Job Description
- Lead the diagnosis and surgical management of complex spinal disorders, including trauma, deformities, and degenerative conditions.
- Perform advanced spinal surgeries, including minimally invasive, open, and reconstructive procedures.
- Conduct OPD consultations, inpatient rounds, and manage spine-related emergencies.
- Plan comprehensive pre-operative evaluations and individualized surgical strategies.
- Oversee post-operative care, ICU monitoring, rehabilitation, and complication management.
- Collaborate with neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and critical care teams for multidisciplinary care.
- Mentor and supervise associate consultants, residents, and OT staff.
- Ensure adherence to surgical protocols, patient safety, and quality standards.
