<ul><li>To perform and lead Concur configurations with regards to new market implementations (Expense, Travel, Receipts, Mobile), existing configurations updates/ creation as enhancements.</li><li>Take ownership of the assigned Concur L2/L3 tasks or incidents through to delivery or issue resolution or escalation, as per the AZ ticketing SOP.</li><li>Support SAP Concur tool administration, application environment set up, test case execution, change and release management</li><li>Develop specialist knowledge in relevant system(s), documenting and sharing that knowledge, as required, with global teams.</li><li>Willingness to learn and upscale the skills, to engage in connected systems related enhancements/ changes</li><li>Be flexible to work in a blended support/ to get cross-trained, i.e. to learn and work in other similar applications (in parallel) within the line managers remit.</li><li>Should have a good knowledge in inbound &amp; outbound (SAE) processes in Concur &amp; postings logics in the ledger systems like SAP.</li></ul>
