Job Description
- Provide expert consultation, diagnosis, and surgical management of plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic cases.
- Perform complex reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures with high standards of safety and quality.
- Lead and supervise junior surgeons, residents, nursing, and OT staff.
- Evaluate patients pre-operatively and manage post-operative care and follow-up.
- Develop and implement evidence-based surgical protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including trauma, oncology, orthopedics, and dermatology.
- Manage emergency plastic surgery cases such as trauma, burns, and hand injuries.
