Job Description

1. Lead and provide comprehensive care for women during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period.
2. Diagnose and manage gynecological conditions, including benign, malignant, and reproductive disorders.
3. Perform elective and emergency obstetric and gynecologic surgeries, including cesarean sections and laparoscopic procedures.
4. Conduct outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, and emergency consultations.
5. Develop individualized treatment plans and long-term reproductive health strategies.
6. Supervise, train, and mentor junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff.
7. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for maternal-fetal and gynecologic care.
8. Ensure adherence to patient safety, infection control, and clinical quality standards.
