5. Manage neurosurgical emergencies such as head trauma, intracranial hemorrhage, and acute spinal cord compression.
6. Collaborate with neurologists, anesthesiologists, critical care, and rehabilitation teams for multidisciplinary care.
7. Supervise, mentor, and train junior neurosurgeons, residents, and surgical fellows.
8. Maintain accurate surgical records, operative notes, and ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.
