4. Develop comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation plans for neurological patients.
5. Perform and supervise acute stroke care, thrombolysis, and neurocritical management.
6. Collaborate with neurosurgery, critical care, rehabilitation, and allied specialties.
7. Mentor and guide junior neurologists and medical staff.
8. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety, and quality standards.
