4. Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient outcomes, and provide post-operative care.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurology, radiology, ICU, and rehabilitation services.
6. Participate in departmental academic activities, case discussions, seminars, and CMEs.
7. Conduct and guide clinical research, audits, and publications in neurosurgery.
