Job Description

1. Provide comprehensive care for patients with acute & chronic kidney diseases.
2. Diagnose and manage CKD, AKI, ESRD, glomerular diseases.
3. Supervise and manage hemodialysis & peritoneal dialysis units.
4. Handle ICU nephrology cases, including CRRT.
5. Manage renal transplant patients (pre- and post-transplant care).
6. Lead clinical decision-making for complex and critical cases.
7. Coordinate with Urology, ICU, Transplant, and Internal Medicine teams.
8. Mentor and supervise junior consultants, residents, and nursing staff.
9. Ensure compliance with NABH/JCI protocols and clinical documentation.
10. Participate in CME programs, clinical audits, and research activities.
11. Provide patient and family counseling regarding treatment plans.
