Job Description

3. Lead multidisciplinary tumor boards and coordinate care with surgical and radiation oncology teams.
4. Monitor treatment response, manage chemotherapy-related toxicities, and provide supportive care.
5. Supervise junior oncologists, residents, oncology nurses, and chemotherapy day-care operations.
6. Ensure compliance with NABH protocols, clinical guidelines, and patient safety standards.
7. Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, prognosis, and follow-up care.
8. Participate in clinical research, audits, and continuous medical education activities.
