Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about endocrine disorders, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and self-management strategies to enhance overall health and compliance with treatment.
Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, nutritionists, and diabetes educators, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
Diagnostic Testing: Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as hormone level assessments, glucose tolerance tests, and imaging studies, to aid in the diagnosis and management of endocrine disorders.
