Job Description

1. Diagnose and manage patients with urinary tract and male reproductive system disorders, including kidney, bladder, prostate, and urethral conditions.
2. Plan and perform urological surgeries, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic, and open procedures.
3. Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and emergency urological care.
4. Collaborate with nephrologists, oncologists, anesthesiologists, ICU teams, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
5. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including monitoring complications and long-term follow-up.
6. Maintain accurate patient records, surgical logs, and treatment documentation.
7. Stay updated on latest urology techniques, clinical guidelines, and research developments.
8. Mentor and train residents, fellows, and junior doctors in urological procedures.
