1. Evaluate and manage patients with cancer requiring radiotherapy, including solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
2. Plan and deliver precision radiation treatments using techniques like IMRT, IGRT, 3D-CRT, and brachytherapy.
3. Conduct outpatient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care, monitoring patient response and side effects.
4. Collaborate with medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, radiologists, physicists, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive cancer care.
5. Ensure accurate documentation of treatment plans, patient records, and outcomes.
6. Stay updated on latest radiation oncology techniques, clinical guidelines, and research developments.
7. Mentor and guide residents, trainees, and junior doctors in radiation oncology practice.
