Job Description

2. Conduct psychiatric evaluations, psychotherapy sessions, and treatment planning including medication management.
3. Provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency psychiatric care, including crisis intervention.
4. Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, primary care physicians, and other specialists for comprehensive mental health care.
5. Monitor patient progress and adjust medications, therapy plans, and follow-up schedules.
6. Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and therapy notes.
7. Stay updated on latest psychiatric therapies, clinical guidelines, and research developments.
8. Mentor and train residents, fellows, and junior doctors in psychiatry practice.
