Job Description

1. Diagnose and manage patients requiring plastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgical procedures.
2. Plan and perform reconstructive surgeries, aesthetic procedures, burn management, and microsurgeries.
3. Conduct pre-operative assessments, intra-operative management, and post-operative care, ensuring optimal outcomes.
4. Collaborate with orthopedics, maxillofacial surgery, ENT, dermatology, and ICU teams for comprehensive patient care.
5. Participate in outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and emergency surgical interventions.
6. Maintain accurate surgical records, treatment plans, and follow-up documentation.
7. Stay updated on latest plastic surgery techniques, microsurgical advances, and clinical guidelines.
8. Mentor and train residents, fellows, and junior surgeons in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
