Job Description

1. Diagnose and manage patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, joint disorders, arthritis, sports injuries, and spine problems.
2. Plan and perform orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacement, fracture fixation, arthroscopy, and corrective procedures.
3. Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and emergency orthopedic care.
4. Collaborate with physiotherapists, anesthesiologists, ICU staff, and other specialists for comprehensive patient management.
5. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including rehabilitation planning and follow-up monitoring.
6. Maintain accurate patient records, surgical documentation, and treatment plans.
7. Stay updated on latest orthopedic techniques, treatments, and clinical guidelines.
8. Mentor and guide residents, junior doctors, and trainees in orthopedic care.
