3. Conduct outpatient consultations, pre-operative assessments, inpatient rounds, and post-operative care.
4. Collaborate with physiotherapists, anesthesiologists, ICU staff, and other specialists for optimal surgical outcomes and rehabilitation.
5. Monitor post-operative recovery, complications, and long-term follow-up to ensure joint function and patient satisfaction.
6. Maintain accurate surgical records, patient charts, and treatment documentation.
7. Stay updated on latest joint replacement techniques, implant innovations, and clinical guidelines.
8. Mentor and train residents, fellows, and junior orthopedic doctors in arthroplasty procedures.
