Job Description

1. Diagnose and manage patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders, including infections, hearing loss, sinus diseases, and tumors.
2. Plan and perform ENT surgeries, including endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, mastoidectomy, and head & neck procedures.
3. Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and emergency ENT care.
4. Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
5. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including audiometry, endoscopy, imaging, and vestibular assessments.
6. Maintain accurate surgical records, patient charts, and treatment documentation.
7. Stay updated on latest ENT surgical techniques, clinical guidelines, and research developments.
8. Mentor and train residents, fellows, and junior doctors in ENT practice and surgeries.
