3. Monitor patient progress, lab results, and response to dietary interventions, adjusting plans as needed.
4. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists for holistic patient care.
5. Conduct nutrition education, counseling, and awareness programs for patients and caregivers.
6. Maintain accurate dietary records, treatment plans, and patient follow-up documentation.
7. Stay updated on latest nutrition guidelines, clinical dietetics research, and therapeutic diets.
8. Mentor and train junior dietitians, interns, and healthcare staff on clinical nutrition practices.
9. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, and patient safety initiatives.
