- Assess patients’ nutritional status and dietary requirements
- Develop and implement individualized diet and nutrition plans
- Provide nutrition counseling for medical conditions such as diabetes, renal disorders, cardiac conditions, obesity, and GI disorders
- Monitor patient progress and modify diet plans as needed
