Job Description

1. Diagnose and manage critically ill patients in ICU, including multi-organ failure, sepsis, trauma, and post-surgical care.
2. Lead critical care interventions, including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, dialysis support, and advanced life support.
3. Conduct rounds, patient assessments, and emergency interventions with multidisciplinary ICU teams.
4. Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff for comprehensive critical care management.
5. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
6. Maintain accurate ICU records, treatment charts, and procedural documentation.
7. Stay updated on latest critical care protocols, evidence-based guidelines, and technology.
8. Mentor and train residents, fellows, and junior doctors in ICU procedures and patient management.
