3. Monitor intra-operative vital signs, anesthesia depth, and patient safety, managing complications as needed.
4. Provide post-operative care, including pain management, ICU support, and critical care interventions.
5. Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, and nursing staff for comprehensive perioperative care.
6. Maintain accurate anesthesia records, procedure documentation, and patient follow-up notes.
7. Stay updated on latest anesthesia techniques, guidelines, and patient safety protocols.
8. Mentor and train residents, junior doctors, and anesthesia trainees.
