4. Develop comprehensive treatment plans and monitor patient response to therapy.
5. Interpret laboratory investigations, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tests for accurate decision-making.
6. Manage critically ill patients in ICU and high-dependency units.
7. Coordinate care with subspecialties for multidisciplinary management of complex cases.
8. Mentor and supervise associate consultants, residents, and junior medical staff.
