Job Description

3. Evaluate and treat patients with anemia, clotting disorders, leukemia, lymphoma, and other hematologic malignancies.
4. Plan and oversee therapies such as blood transfusions, chemotherapy, and bone marrow procedures.
5. Interpret laboratory tests, bone marrow reports, and peripheral smear findings for accurate diagnosis.
6. Collaborate with oncology, pathology, and critical care teams for multidisciplinary patient management.
7. Mentor and supervise associate consultants, residents, and laboratory staff.
8. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and quality guidelines
