5. Supervise and mentor junior consultants, residents, and GI nursing staff.
6. Ensure adherence to clinical quality standards, patient safety, and infection control norms.
7. Participate in departmental planning, audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
8. Engage in academic activities, CMEs, research, and clinical training programs.
