4. Lead and supervise junior doctors, residents, nursing, and OT staff.
5. Conduct pre-operative evaluations and ensure comprehensive post-operative care.
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as oncology, neurology, and pediatrics.
7. Handle ENT emergencies including airway management, epistaxis, and head–neck trauma.
8. Ensure accurate medical documentation and adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
