Job Description

1. Lead and perform complex cardiothoracic and vascular surgical procedures with high clinical expertise.

4. Supervise junior consultants, residents, and OT staff, ensuring clinical excellence and patient safety.
5. Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.
6. Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, NABH standards, and ethical medical practices.
7. Monitor surgical outcomes, complications, and quality improvement initiatives.
8. Provide patient and family counseling regarding procedures, risks, and recovery.
9. Contribute to academic activities, training programs, and clinical audits.
