Job Description

1. Lead the diagnosis and surgical management of complex cardiothoracic and vascular conditions.
2. Perform major cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries including CABG, valve surgeries, and vascular reconstructions.
3. Conduct OPD consultations, inpatient rounds, and manage surgical emergencies.
4. Plan and execute pre-operative evaluations and surgical strategies.
5. Oversee post-operative care, ICU management, and complication handling.
6. Collaborate with cardiology, cardiac anesthesia, perfusion, and critical care teams.
7. Supervise and mentor junior surgeons, residents, and OT staff.
8. Ensure adherence to surgical protocols, patient safety, and quality standards.
