Sr. Consultant/Consultant-Chest & Respiratory Diseases

Patient Consultations:

• Conduct thorough medical assessments of patients with respiratory symptoms.
• Diagnose and manage a range of chest and respiratory diseases, including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and interstitial lung diseases.

Diagnostic Procedures:

• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests, bronchoscopy, and imaging studies.
• Analyze and interpret diagnostic results to formulate accurate diagnoses.

Treatment Planning:

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Prescribe medications, inhalers, and other therapeutic interventions to manage respiratory conditions.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including pulmonologists, respiratory therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary discussions to coordinate treatment approaches.

Patient Education:

• Educate patients on their respiratory conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
• Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications and preventive measures.
• Address patient concerns and inquiries.
