6. Coordinate closely with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and ICU teams.
7. Oversee anesthesia management for cardiopulmonary bypass and off-pump procedures.
8. Ensure adherence to cardiac anesthesia protocols, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
