Job Description

1. Lead and provide anesthesia care for adult and pediatric cardiac surgeries, including complex procedures.
2. Conduct pre-operative assessment, risk evaluation, and anesthesia planning for cardiac patients.
3. Administer general, regional, and specialized cardiac anesthesia safely during surgery.
4. Monitor and manage intraoperative hemodynamics, cardiopulmonary bypass, and advanced cardiac support.
5. Oversee post-operative care in ICU, including pain management, ventilation, and hemodynamic stabilization.
6. Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and multidisciplinary ICU teams.
7. Supervise and mentor junior anesthetists, residents, and OT staff in cardiac anesthesia techniques.
8. Ensure strict adherence to patient safety, infection control, and cardiac anesthesia protocols.
