Job Description

1. Provide expert anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgeries.
2. Administer general, regional, and specialized cardiac anesthesia safely and effectively.
3. Conduct preoperative assessment of cardiac patients and optimize anesthetic risk management.
4. Monitor intraoperative hemodynamics, cardiac function, and use of cardiopulmonary bypass.
5. Lead and mentor junior cardiac anesthetists, residents, and OT staff.
6. Manage perioperative complications, including arrhythmias, hypotension, and bleeding.
7. Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and critical care teams.
8. Ensure adherence to cardiac anesthesia protocols, patient safety, and ethical standards
