Job Description

  1. Evaluate and manage patients with obesity and obesity-related comorbidities.
  2. Perform bariatric and metabolic surgical procedures using laparoscopic techniques.
  3. Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and surgical planning.
  4. Provide post-operative follow-up, nutritional guidance, and long-term weight management.
  5. Manage surgical complications and bariatric emergencies effectively.
  6. Collaborate with endocrinologists, dietitians, psychologists, and anesthesia teams.
  7. Ensure adherence to patient safety, quality standards, and infection control protocols.
  8. Mentor junior surgeons, fellows, and OT staff in bariatric surgery techniques.
