Job Description

1. Lead and provide anesthesia care for elective, emergency, and complex surgical procedures.
2. Perform pre-operative assessment, risk evaluation, and anesthesia planning for patients.
3. Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia safely during surgeries and procedures.
4. Monitor and manage patients’ vital signs and physiological status intra-operatively.
5. Oversee post-operative care including pain management and critical care support.
6. Collaborate with surgical teams, ICU staff, and multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
7. Supervise and mentor junior anesthetists, residents, and OT staff.
8. Ensure adherence to patient safety, infection control, and anesthesia protocols.
9. Maintain accurate anesthesia records, documentation, and participate in clinical audits.
