<ul><li>Assist in the daily care of patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications as directed, and providing personal hygiene assistance.</li><li>Support patients with mobility, feeding, and other activities of daily living, ensuring comfort and dignity.</li><li>Observe and report any changes in patients’ conditions to the nursing staff or physicians promptly.</li><li>Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other basic clinical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses.</li><li>Coordinate with nursing and medical staff to ensure the smooth operation of the ward, including patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.</li><li>Maintain an organized and clean environment within the ward, including patient rooms and common areas.</li><li>Ensure that medical supplies, equipment, and medications are stocked and readily available for patient care.</li><li>Assist with patient records management, including updating charts, documenting observations, and ensuring confidentiality.</li></ul>
