Description
- Assist in the daily care of patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications as directed, and providing personal hygiene assistance.
- Support patients with mobility, feeding, and other activities of daily living, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Observe and report any changes in patients’ conditions to the nursing staff or physicians promptly.
- Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other basic clinical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses.
- Coordinate with nursing and medical staff to ensure the smooth operation of the ward, including patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Maintain an organized and clean environment within the ward, including patient rooms and common areas.
- Ensure that medical supplies, equipment, and medications are stocked and readily available for patient care.
- Assist with patient records management, including updating charts, documenting observations, and ensuring confidentiality.
