<ol><li data-list="bullet">Supervise daily packing operations and ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.</li><li data-list="bullet">Review and verify batch packing records, line clearance, and in-process quality checks.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ensure correct usage of packing materials, labels, and packaging components.</li><li data-list="bullet">Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Engineering teams for smooth packing activities.</li><li data-list="bullet">Troubleshoot packing line issues and assist in machine setup and changeovers.</li><li data-list="bullet">Monitor packing line efficiency, minimize rework, and ensure timely completion of schedules.</li><li data-list="bullet">Train and guide packing officers/operators on SOPs, documentation, and safety practices.</li><li data-list="bullet">Maintain proper documentation, logs, and batch records as per compliance standards.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ensure hygiene, safety, and housekeeping in the packing area at all times.</li></ol>
